A local commercial real estate purchase transaction originated with Tillie Ross of The Business Partners in January 2008.  Leslie Johnson of Timken Johnson Hwang was brought in to assist the client in forming an LLC to hold title to the real property.  Tillie ordered her appraisal and environmental reports from CREW members, Cathy Rickard of Pacific Appraisals and Holly Neber of AEI Consultants.

Unfortunately, seller complications caused the deal to dissolve, only to revive in February 2009.  The transaction, however, was further complicated as the seller was then in receivership.  Leslie Johnson tapped the expertise of her associate Heidi Timken to resolve the issues.  Kim Ionides of Resource Capital assisted as one of two lenders, and the transaction successfully funded in May 2009!
