Paramount Theater Tour & Cocktails

Completed in 1931, Oakland’s Paramount Theater is one of the finest remaining examples of Art Deco in the United States and was one of the first Depression era buildings incorporating various artists into its architecture.  A monumental restoration was completed in 1973, and the theater was entered into the National Registry of Historical Places.  After the tour, we will walk to nearby Ozumo restaurant and enjoy cocktails, appetizers and networking in their private dining room.

At this time of year, people are beginning to receive notices of the 2010 assessed values on their real estate holdings. If you purchased a property in the last four years, then you have likely seen a drop in the market value, as property values have dipped dramatically since the heady days of 2006-2007. 
There are many opportunities for property tax savings on Commercial Real Estate if you just know where to look.
In this presentation, Brenda Goodrich, President of Goodrich Ad Valorem Property Tax Services will share with you the process her company uses to identify and realize some of these savings opportunities so that you and your clients will be able to take advantage of them in the future.
